Prayer Diary for St Martin-in-Herne with St Peter’s Greenhill

I thank you Father that you listen to me. John 11:41

     Day

1.  Mothers Union, Father keep each one close to you.
2. Youth Worker, Mel Keily Young people’s groups at Church and their Socials. That they grow deep lasting friendships with each other and God.
3. Herne Junior School, staff, children, governors, our working together.  Flower Ladies, May their ministry draw eyes to God.
4. Herne Toddlers, May each mother and child grow in love, peace, well .being and even faith. For all the team.
5. Bell ringers. For each as they ring proclaiming God’s praise. For our young learners. For those who hear!
6. Our choir and organist. For more members. For our musical worship.
7. Our Church’s welcome ministry, sidespeople, welcomers. May all who enter our churches find a warm, understanding, and Christ-like welcome.
8. Little Fishes Toddlers St Peter’s. May each mother and child grow in love peace and well being and even faith. For Volunteers and leaders.
9. Coffee ladies, and their particular ministry of welcome. Coffee shop at St Martins on Saturday ams.
10. Parochial Church Council and the variety of easy and difficult responsibilities that each has, enabling the parish to grow and witness.
11. Pastoral team, all in residential care in our parish and who receive visits at home.
12. For material needs to be met. For fun together.
13. Briary School in Greenhill, children and teachers. For strengthening relationships, links, assemblies.
14. Infant School, staff, children, governors, our working together. For the future and  process of appointing new leadership
15. Friday Youth groups. years 3 to 13! For fun, learning and our parish youth work future!
16. The servers, chalice assistants, all who prepare, read, pray in worship.
17. St Peter’s Church ministry and mission, in Greenhill. For Community Cafe on Tuesday mornings.
18. Herne Bay High, Archbishop’s and all secondary schools/pupils/staff
19. Our mission right across the parish to those areas and people untouched by God.  May we discern, and be obedient to your calling.
20. Herne and Broomfield Local Council and Greenhill P.A.C.T
21. Undertakers, funeral and bereavement ministry across our parish.
22. Sunday School groups....children and leaders that they may grow in faith and love together as disciples.
23. Lay ministry. Our Readers John and Frances. Geoff training to be a reader. May we grow volunteer workers and leaders. Are you calling me? 
24. Those who are preparing for Baptism, parents, children, God parents - May they find God through their promises.
25. Those who prepare for Marriage. Bind them together Lord, with you.
26. Prayer group and prayer chain. Keep them, and us, faithful in prayer.
27. Our parish bible learning. Keep us hungry for your word.
28. Businesses across our parish, may they flourish. For the unemployed.
29. The mission and worship through All Age Services in St Martin’s and St  Peters. The all Age planning group.
30. For Julian our curate as he studies and ministers here. May he grow with us in faith and love.
31. All preparing for or recently, confirmed. May they walk with you daily.

          Thank you Lord for the treasure of each other, your gift to us. Amen
