Youth Work across the Parish
*Our Youth Worker Neil Chisnell comes to St Martin's every third Sunday and leads a group of teens during the first half of our morning service.
*Once per month , normally on the first Friday, the young people have a social evening of their choice. Previous evenings have included bowling, and celebrity chef competition, pub-like quiz evening, BBQ etc.
On the Second Friday each month the young people gather to explore the bible. 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
*6 young people were confirmed in 2009. the next confirmation is on October 16th. PLease chat with Neil or Elaine if you are interested.
*Neil is currently organising a summer trip to Kosova, for 16 +'s !

Neil our deanery Youth worker is leaving us in August. However we are delighted to welcome Mel ( a member of our congregation at St M's) who will shadow Neil this summer term and run be our parish Yoth worker from September.
